These Terms govern use of the USA Golf Events public MVP. By completing an adult account profile, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Adult accounts and optional child profiles
The person submitting the form must be an adult with legal capacity to agree. Adult players, parents and legal guardians may register. They must provide an email address they are authorized to use; a mobile number is optional. Each active email address and normalized mobile number may be linked to only one account. The account holder creates a password and is responsible for keeping it private. The service may send a single-use verification link to confirm email ownership; a verified email is required for self-service password reset. Children may not create accounts, provide contact information, or receive direct marketing from USA Golf Events. Only a parent or legal guardian may create a child profile and is responsible for every child profile under the account.
2. MVP service
USA Golf Events helps competitive players and families discover junior, amateur, senior amateur and professional golf events using search, filters, optional parent-managed child profiles, and links to official sources. The current MVP is free. It does not collect payment-card information or automatically charge users.
3. Event information
Event organizers—not USA Golf Events—control schedules, locations, eligibility, fees, availability, rules, and registration. Information may change. Always confirm important details with the official organizer before registering, paying, booking travel, or taking another action.
USA Golf Events is an independent event-discovery platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for tournament organizers, USGA, AJGA, PGA, or USA GOLF unless expressly stated.
The organizer controls final dates, eligibility, fees, availability, rules, and registration. Confirm every important detail on the official organizer page before acting.
4. Child-profile rules
Only the parent or legal guardian may create or manage a child profile. Do not enter a real child name, birth date, email, phone number, school, address, photograph, government identifier, or social-media account. This MVP rejects profiles for children under 13.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal and family event discovery. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell, republish, reconstruct the database, bypass access controls, probe security, automate excessive requests, use another person’s account, or access another family’s information. Normal browser use and accessibility technology are permitted.
6. Account suspension and deletion
USA Golf Events may limit or suspend access for security threats, abusive automation, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms. The allowlisted owner may correct an account holder’s display name or email and may delete and anonymize an account for support, security, legal, or user-requested reasons. Owner changes require confirmation, server-side authorization, and an audit record. An account holder may export active account data and delete the account. A parent or legal guardian may also delete child profiles using the account controls.
7. Intellectual property and permitted access
The site design, organization, software, translations, compilations, and original presentation are protected to the extent allowed by law. Event facts and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Access to the protected directory is a limited, personal, revocable right and does not transfer ownership of the directory or its compilation.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
The MVP is provided on an “as available” basis. USA Golf Events does not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every event is included, or that third-party links remain available. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, travel, eligibility, or tournament-official advice.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will receive a new version and effective date. Continued use after any required renewed acceptance means the updated Terms apply.
